Who is she ?

Marianne was always attracted by human resources that she translates by human relationship. She has good people skills, she likes listening, discussing, discovering and enriching with every meeting. She began her career in recruitment in HR consulting firms in …. She was in charge of selecting applicants using job offers and she was also a head hunter, consequently she hired all types of profiles, from young graduates to executive managers. After a few years of experience in HR consulting firms, she chose to go into consulting.

Her fields of competence

Her double outlook recruiter/ candidate enables her to focus on understanding the needs, both ways, with an extreme agility. Her goal is to get the best harmony between both. She gives personalized advice about promoting and highlighting qualities and assets of each candidate, in order to come to successful recruitments. Thus Marianne will bring her expertise to the development of internal communication strategies, she’ll be attentive to every step of the building up for each employer brand and its dedicated brand platform. A little personal anecdote about Marianne

Born in Burgundy, Marianne really likes Brittany where she has lived for almost 20 years. However, she still wonders when she needs to order a “galette” or a “crêpe” depending on the city where she is, and she still doesn’t understand the concept of Breton kir (Kir is Burgundian).
